Aspen had strabismus surgery on both eyes to hopefully help her look straight ahead instead of always having her head back and neck out. She did well for the surgery but had a hard first day of recovery. Now she is just really swollen but in good spirits. Here are some shots of her puffy eyes.

Hey Sunnie...Emily had that surgery last year. They may have told you this but the whites of her eyes will probably be really red for a LONG time. It seemed like it took forever for the red to go away. Emily is no longer in glasses, although after the surgery her eyes started turning the other direction (out). They have been slowly getting straighter and straighter though. I hope she feels better soon.
Poor sweetie... I hope she recovers quickly. Puffy eyes isn't fun either.
I am sure she is doing great, she is such a trooper. How are you doing?
