There are still some foods Aspen can eat with us. Mexican is probably the best. As long as it is corn we are safe. Italian is probably the worst. We went to Zio's in Omaha and I felt bad because the only things on the entire menu she could have were Salad (yeah right) and soda. Talk about giving me a guilt complex. Now I travel with food 24/7 to avoid that situation from every happening again. Maybe we should have tosadas every night. They have all the food groups right?

yumo-o!! that looks so good. tostadas are definitely the bomb. actually, anything mexican is fantastic. i'm sure it's nice for aspen to be able to eat something fun like that. too bad about the italian joint in omaha. don't feel bad. you are a fantastic mom. we should start a "guilt complex" club. i have at least twenty three guilt moments each day.
