I'm a goooood eater!

This is a perfect example of Jude and Lily's personalities. Lily is gunghoe and animated, everything by brut force. I fear I might have a tomboy on my hands.Jude is more methodical and observant. He takes longer to warm up to new things. It is so fun to see the differences between them.

Friends from Omaha

The Godfreys came to visit for the weekend a little while back and sorry Matt and Melissa but I didn't get any pictures of you. What was I thinking? Anyway Gabe is cute enough to make up for it. Thanks for coming to visit. Good luck with the job hunt!

The twins are all over the place. Lily is crawling and Jude is commando crawling and starting to pull up to stand. They are doing really well. We are so happy to have them in our home.

I love Spring

This is the tree in our front yard. We actually have two of them and I just can't get over how beautiful they have become with all the spring blossoms. I am so glad winter is over.

Easter 2009

Here is a picture of the twins on Easter Sunday. Aspen was not looking good at this point. The one of all three of them was taken previous to her surgery. The other pictures are of Jude and Lily with the stuffed animals the Easter Bunny left.

Aspen update

Aspen is feeling better and the swelling is down but she looks really scary. She looks a little posessed. This could last a few weeks and I hope she doesn't scare her classmates at church and school. I feel a little queasy when I look closely. Luckily it doesn't seem to bother her.

Aspen's Eye Surgery

Aspen had strabismus surgery on both eyes to hopefully help her look straight ahead instead of always having her head back and neck out. She did well for the surgery but had a hard first day of recovery. Now she is just really swollen but in good spirits. Here are some shots of her puffy eyes.

My new hobby...

I have started couponing. It is a daunting task but I try not to stress and realize that if I miss a good deal there will always be another one. I have tried to get organized and that really helps. I got all this stuff for $11 including tax. The infusium was $6 of the $11 so that is a great deal. A lot of it was free. I am learning the tricks of the trade. It has really helped with our grocery bill. Happy shopping everyone.
